  This coffee is so delicious, but unfortunately this marks the 3rd time that I have had a poor interaction with an employee. Coincidentally it happens to be the same two girls that 2 of my girlfriends have had bad interactions with as well. When a customer pulls up, look up and say hello! Do not continue to count money outloud, wait 2 mins, look up, and say "Yes". Secondly, when a customer orders a drink, and you dicuss it with the gal making it, please be aware, we can hear you! Be polite, and "do not" belittle your customers. Remember, you are in the service industry. I can only imagine how difficult it is! I am sure dealing with people all day takes it toll. Exactly why I became a business professional instead. Considering I am fairly new to this town, it would be nice to speak to the owner regarding this issue. It is a shame to have such a nice product, but due to an uncomfortable business exchange it is completely overshadowed. Sincerely, lover of positivity.
